A: One Bedroom: A maximum of 2 occupants, plus a child less than 24 months of age

Two Bedrooms: A maximum of 4 occupants, plus a child less than 24 months of age

Three Bedrooms: A maximum of 6 occupants, plus a child less than 24 months of age
Q: What are the utilities included in the rent?
A: Water, trash and pest control.
