Much Better Place

Since I been staying in Sorrento I was not excited about the previous office staff they NEVER answer the phones, Paperwork was very unorganized. But the new staff is GREAT Jose had everything organized for me to complete my renewal of my lease great customer service much better than previous staff. Maintenance has always been great. furthermore new staff is just doing their job can't. After hours number I never tried before but I'm hoping they have someone on call that does answer calls. As far as the gate issue it's much better the card sometime doesn't work I think if they hire security guard we don't have to worry about the gate giving issues. I experienced it before.
